We hear all the time that sex is a great workout, but what are this hard Facts? How much sex is considered exercise?
Pelvic lifting: This is one of the common and important exercise that improves sexual performance by strengtheningthe pelvic area.It helps in enhancing powerful sexual feelings and promote your endurance. According to Vijaya Shetty,a Clinical pathologist and a gym-ball trainer “during any floor exercise, we train the core muscles and when the same thing is repeated again, it strengthens the body part been worked upon”. As for sexual benefits, it’s fact that a strong body can sustain for long, so more the endurance of your pelvic muscles, the more you will enjoy the prolonged act.
There are a lots of good things sex does to the body, and this includes:strengthening the immune system, boosting heart health, banish stress and boosts your libido. Sex should not replace regular exercise, rather, sex and exercise should both be incorporated into your routine on a regular basis. Each improves health, so the combination of the two leads to a greater quality of life.
Sex helps to get your heart pumping and you will likely break a sweat. Sex usually last some where closer to two to six minutes, resulting in more like 20 calories burned. Sexual active people take fewer sick days. People who have sex have higher levels of what defends their body against germs, viruses and other intruders( Yvonne k.fulbright, PhD).
Having sex will make sex better and will improve your libido(Lauren streicher,MD). For women having sex, it helps vaginal lubrication, blood flow and elasticity, all of which makes sex feel better and help you crave more of it. Sex is a really great form of exercise as it bumps up your heart rate and uses various muscles. So get busy with sex and consistency helps maximise the benefits.
