Boko Haram leader Abubakar Skekau has openly declared that his group killed hundreds in Baga and threatens Chad, Niger and Cameroon in a new video published online.
Shekau’s message came in yesterday as Nigeria met with her neighbours in the capital of Niger , Niamey on response to recent boundary’s attack and threats.
Baga attack had killed hundreds, left many homeless and some had sought refuge in neighbouring  countries like chad and Niger.
” We killed the people of Baga. We indeed killed them, as our Lord instructed us in His Book,” Shekau said in the 35-minute message, which was posted on the video-sharing website YouTube.
The leader was shown speaking in front of four white pick-up trucks, with eight masked and heavily armed men.

Shekau dismissed the extent of the slaughter, saying: “We will not stop. This is not much. You’ll see.”

Ghana’s president John Dramani Mahama also suggested a new force under the patronage of African Union to silence the group.

Shekau shows off huge arsenal of weapons probably from the military base they raided  last week bragging that they would take on all opponents.

” The kings of Africa, you are late. I challenge you to attack me even now. I’m ready,” he said.

Survivors of Baga attack who saw Boko Haram raid the military base have described how bodies still littered the streets.
