A female suicide bomber had killed 7 people, today Sunday 15 February as she detonated her explosives at a bus station, the police said.
The police commissioner of Yobe State, Marcos Danladi said seven people have been killed and 32 injured in the explosion.
The girl had managed to pass through the security check point at the entrance and detonated the bomb at 1:00pm on Sunday.
An eyewitness Hassan Umar disclosed that the dead were mostly children selling goods at the station, he also said the remains of the young girl showed she is a teenager.
No proper investigation had been made concerning the bombing but all fingers point to the Islamist sect which have been carrying out recent attacks both in the country as well as Cameroon.
