Antibiotics could be affecting our ability to see sperm, it could affect sperm count negatively, so it could be causing a problem. Antibiotics can definitely do damage to sperm and your nunbers. Ontop of been sick makes it worsen. The goodness is that, once you stop the medications and you are feeling better, sperm will return.
Semen quality is a measure of the ability of Semen to accomplish fertilization. Thus, it is the sperm in the Semen that are of importance, and therefore Semen quality involves both sperm quantity and quality. Decreased Semen quantity is a major factor of male infertility.
