The President-elect, Muhammad Buhari, has been issued a Certificate of Return by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
Attahiru Jega, INEC chairman handed the certificate to Mr. Buhari, and the vice president-elect, Yemi Osinbajo, on Wednesday at the International collation centre (ICC) in Abuja. A loyal supporter of the former military general got all emotional and broke down in tears as he received the certificate from the electoral body.
