It seems every time Didier Drogba hears the name Arsenal he takes delight and pleasure to gun them down. Drogba could be the only available striker for Chelsea in the trip to the Emirates Stadium as he declared himself fit after shaking off a knock he received in his ankle in the last league match against Manchester United.

Chelsea Didier Drogba has scored a total of 15 goals in 15 games against Arsenal and has scored 13 goals in 14 games against Arsenal while in England. He averages 78 minutes and 20 seconds against Arsenal. When Drogba left Chelsea to Galatasaray after 2012 scoring the heroic goal that handed Chelsea the Champions League trophy. After his departure, Arsene Wenger was asked if he misses Drogba and he admits not missing him because he does a lot of damage against them. Drogba first goals against Arsenal came when he scored both goals against Arsenal in the Community Shield in the year 2005 that gave Chelsea the victory.  The remaining two goals Drogba scored was in the Emirates Cup where he scored a brace against Arsenal while in Galatasaray. Arsene Wenger has not beaten Jose Mourinho in 12 attempts. And this could leave Wenger worried how to shut the mouth of the lion who always seek to devour he and his Men. But this season has seen Didier Drogba the shadow of himself with the Sun setting on his career due to his age. He has lost his pace, turns, ball control and touches, and this could be because of his age factor completing 37 years this year. The return of Didier Drogba this season to Chelsea must have left Arsene Wenger sweating in pants and shoes. Could Didier Drogba turn the gun against the 'Gunners' this time around as they visit the gunners this afternoon?
