Manchester City are trailing league leaders Chelsea by 13 points and conclusively Chelsea have already been prepared to be crowned Champions, that's if they win their game at home against Crystal Palace on Sunday.
Mourinho must be enjoying his success this moment, as last season he was saying his young eggs are yet to hatch, referring to his youthful side. Maybe they are now fully incubated and have been hatch. Manuel Pelligrini has constantly criticise Jose Mourinho style of play as he called them a small team after they met last September at Etihad as Frank Lampard came on to salvage a draw for Man City few minutes to the end of the game. "We play against Chelsea I say the impression is we play against a small team with very good players," he explained.
Pelligrini has also went further to say "Maybe for some managers, it's more attractive to score goals. Maybe for another manager it's more attractive not to concede goals. You must ask the fans what they prefer." But also believes a big team which has possession of the ball must try to score goals must try to win.
Pelligrini concluded by congratulating Abramovic, Mourinho and his team. "I congratulate his owner because he is always improving his squad and I congratulate the fans and Jose Mourinho and the players because they deserve absolutely the title."
