Information reaching our News Desk, suggest that the case between Agi and Ayade ruled against Agi. The implication is that Ayade has been exonerated from any wrong doing.
The judgement was delivered at Abuja Federal High Court by Justice Kufre Atti. Details of the judgement will be presented as they emerge.
However, an insider source to Joe Agi SAN has revealed that Agi is going to appeal the judgement. In fact, the source noted that Agi is already on his way for an appeal.
