By this announcement, all Executive Council members of Cross River State, all principal officers of the Cross River State House of Assembly, Religious Leaders, Political Leaders, Youth Leaders, Market Women, Leaders of thought, Chairmen of LGAs, Technical Partners/Donor Agencies, Primary Health Care givers, and mothers are invited to this very important occasion.
