The Chelsea manager Antonio Conte who took charge at the helms of affairs of the pensioners club Chelsea FC immediately after Italy Euros exit, is relishing the expense of transfer dealings this season.

The Italian tactician has so far refused to go extravagant with the transfer market, as he considers and describes the transfer market as "crazy", due to the enormous fees at which players are been bought and sold. He has refused to go extreme to get various targets he has considered ideal for the club, but the ridiculous price tag seems to have scare him off.

Chelsea have so far recruit two players and a goal keeper, and are still very much in need of a players to compliment the existing squad. The Blues have been understood to have table a bid for Real Madrid midfielder James Rodriguez, but have decided to make it a loan move. Real Madrid on the other hand wants a permanent move for the player who they bought £63m from Monaca two years ago. And he is been valued at £65m, as he has seen his playing time limited with Zinedine Zidane.

Antonio Conte has initially declared that Chelsea will not be held ransom in any transfer dealings, as he looks to find the right solution for suitable positions. Chelsea have seen bids rejected from different players such as Ramagnoli, Kalibouly Kalidou and others. Due to the exorbitant fee placed on him, Antonio Conte has deem it fit for a loan move for the player.

Chelsea are interested in taking the player on a season long loan as Antonio Conte sees the fee placed on him too high to cough out. It will be interesting to see how Chelsea responds to Madrid's demand as transfer window closes tonight and Antonio Conte sees James as been an ideal part of his plan.
