Students of state-owned varsity, Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH), are currently observing their Students' Week which began from Tuesday 27 September and is expected to come to an end on Friday 30 September.
Yesterday, 29 September was designated 'Cultural Day' in the calendar of events. It was also a day where the King and Queen of the Blazers' Republic, an umbrella name for the apex students union body in the institution namely Cross River University of Technology Students Union Government (CRUTECH SUG) was selected.
Mr Henry Agam and Miss Lillian Ogar were respectively successful in their emergence as the King and Queen of Blazers' Republic. Congratulations their Royal Majesties King Henry Agam and Queen Lillian Ogar.
