Manchester United put up a brilliant display and performance against Dutch side Feyenord with 4-0 thrashing in last night's Europa League Cup.

Herinkh Mkhitaryan, the Armenia International arguably put up the most outstanding performance on the pitch. Yet he was substituted in the second half of the game. His second start for Mourinho's team sonar this season.

Mourinho has questioned the former Borussia Dortmund player’s ability to adapt to the rigours of English football and embarrassed Mkhitaryan by hauling him off at half-time in his only other start, the Premier League defeat to Man City.

When asked by BT Sport after the game how it feels to be back,  he responded;

‘Yeah of course. It was a pleasure to play again, to start the game,’

‘I’ve tried to do my best and I think it’s a very good result for the team.’

Asked how it feels to have been frozen out,  he says:

'It was very difficult to watch the team playing from the side. But you have to have patience and to work hard and to deliver on your next chance.’
