Gareth South Gate has emerged as a surprise panacea for England decadence of World football. He has taken England four games without a loss so far. After the departure of Big Sam due to his scandalous act, many doubted the competence of Gareth SouthGate. But so far, he has proved his critics wrong and has delivered beyond expectations.

He has been rewarded due to this attitude to work and performance so far with the England National team, as England's permanent manager on a four year deal, replacing Sam Allardyce on 27th September 2016 initially as interim manager.
