Nigerian multiple award winner Wizkid was embarrassed and left with dust on his mustache, that is if he ever has had one. At an MTV EMA award ceremony held last week in Sweden, Wizkid was denounced the winner of the Best African Category at the Award ceremony after MTV EMA announced he isn’t winner.
During the show Wizkid was announced as the winner of the category and went ahead to send an acceptance speech only for the organizers to declare a miscommunication. The award has now been giving to Wizkid’s bitter rival Ali Kiba, a native of Tanzania.
Wizkid has only reacted by deleting all images he earlier posted on his instagram page, but he is yet to react verbally or in writing to the glaring and infuriating embarrassment.
