After a narrow breath relief 2-1 victory away at Crystal Palace, Man City boss Pep Guardiola has admitted how difficult games are in the League week in and week out.

Pep had to swallow his pride to reinstate  Yaya into the line up,  whom his presence produced instant result and changed the dimension of the City game. Yaya's two goals helped Man City edged past Crystal Palace.

"You go, say, to Stoke, to West Brom, where people tell me how difficult these games are away from home — and we were much better than at Palace.

“Against Everton and, Southampton, we were better, too, but we were not able to win.

“Against Palace we were not brilliant but then it changed completely.

"There were long balls, and crosses, we were losing the second balls and the home fans were getting more involved.

“After they scored, though, our reaction was really good. I need a little bit more time to handle these kind of things but, of course, it helps us a lot if we are winning these games."
