*8am -Departure from Calabar to Ikom for the formal handing over of Ikom Township Stadium to government.
*2pm -Kick off of the Governor’s Cup.
*5pm -Departure from Ikom to Obudu Ranch Resort
Thursday November 3, 2016
Grand reception for the Governor of Central Bank, Minister of Agriculture and Governor of Kebbi State at Bebi Airstrip in Obanliku.
Visit to major rice farms including Ayade Farm in Obanliku and Ugboru in Bekwarra Local Government Areas.
Friday November 4, 2016
*9am -Ground Breaking ceremony for the dualization of Mfom—Okpoma–Imaje– Abuochiche–Obudu–Obanliku dual carriage road at Yala Local Government Area.
*3pm -Ground Breaking ceremony for Ultra-modern Rice mill in Ogoja, near the new Ogoja stadium.
Saturday November 5th – Sunday Monday November 6th 2016
*8am -Retreat for all Political appointees at the Obudu Ranch Resort.
Sunday November 6, 2016
*8am -Ground Breaking for the Canadian Secondary School and Mobile Police Squadron base in Obudu.
*3pm -Departure to Calabar.
