Mbube is a nation made up of 13 autonomous communities. She has a rich culture and heritage. And the people of Mbube are predominantly farmers.
The men of Mbube are hardworking people. Very industrious and are great palm wine tappers.
I dare to say my people are the best palm wine tappers (I stand to be corrected) in Northern Cross River and the state at large. Which makes us unique as a people.
Festive periods are always a delight because of the Mbe up or down palm wine ( Okem or Obro Afal) .
In this season of Christmas and New year I urge friends of Mbe nation to please try the Mbube palm wine and you will never regret you did.
