Chelsea Italian tactician Antonio Conte has been phenomenal this season in just his first half of the season so far, as his amazing work, philosophy and tactics has paid off speedily.

He began the campaign struggling to find a suitable solution viable for the players he has at his disposal, and he took a bold step switching into 3-4-3 formation which led to dropping senior players as Ivanovich and Oscar, including the team’s captain John Terry.

It has paid off speedily for Conte, as he went on straight 13 wins as a result match Arsenal’s winning record set 2001/2002 by the Gunners invincibles. The winning run was though halted by Tottenham Hotspur who mirrored Antonio Conte formation in a 3-5-2 formation, that saw the wheels of Chelsea wing backs Alonso and Victor Moses clogged as they were deprived of going forward due to the constant threat of Walker and Rose.

Conte has been rewarded and awarded for his Hardwork and tactics which has paid dividend to both the players, staff, management and the team as awhole.

He went on to win the Manager of the month for October, November and now December. He has set a new Premier League record of the first EPL manager to clinch the award for a successive three months in a row.

Conte’s team attack collectively and defends tactically, which has given Conte well deserved victories base on team cohesion and dedication.
