The Catalonia club Barcelona have reportedly join in the race to sign veteran striker Dele Ali from White Hart Lane. Real Madrid have been the ones in pole position, chasing Ali all through the season of Christmas.

The in-form striker have 10 goals to his name in the League this season after his two goals ends Chelsea winning streak and halt their aim of setting a new Premier League record of 14 straight wins.

Dele Ali have been reported to cost £50m in luring the striker out of White Hart Lane. Tottenham Chairman Daniel Levy is known to be strict in dealings especially with his most prized assets.

No doubt, any move for Ali this January would likely be impossible as Tottenham are set to challenge for the title this season, been currently in the top four spot.

Dele Alli has signed his second Tottenham Hotspur contract in the space of just nine months to commit himself to the club until 2022, and he is reportedly earning £50,000 a week.

It would be interesting to see how much Dele Ali would eventually be sold.
