The biological brother to the Executive Governor of Cross River State, Frank Ayade, is most likely to be arraigned before the court NegroidHaven can state authoritatively.

NegroidHaven got wind of this development yesterday when a leading public policy analyst by name Ifere Paul who informed that after waiting for almost six months for Nigeria's antigraft agency, the Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) to charge Mr Ayade to court he has instructed his lawyer to ask the EFCC to charge the Governor's sibling to court.

Recall that Mr Paul had petitioned the EFCC alleging that the sum of N7.8 billion being money for bail out fund doled out last year by the federal government had been misappropriated by the government of Cross River State.

According to Mr Paul 'After my petition to the EFCC which I defended on the 18th of July, 2016, the EFCC took an investigation into the misappriation of 7.8 Billion Naira of the bailout fund.

'The EFCC discovered half of the bailout sum in Frank's accounts. It also found out that one Alami Ayade withdrew enormous amount from that Frank's account that the money was kept.'

What may have stalled the prosecution proceedings of Ayade by the EFCC may not be unconnected to a rumoured bribery of embattled EFCC boss, Ibrahim Magu to the tune of N50, 000, 000.

'It is for this reason I have instructed my lawyer, Barrister Utum Eteng to write to EFCC to instruct them to charge Frank Ayade to court. We cannot fold our hands to watch the Ayade family turn our State into a family enterprise', the petitioner concluded.

Hmmm…It seems there may be 'no peace for the wicked' come 2017 in Cross River state.
