West Ham Boss Slaven Bilic has held his resolve as he is hell bent on refusing to allow their most prized asset leave the Hammers on the cheap.

The French midfielder Dimitri Payet signed a five year contract extension last year with the Hammers and has being their most outstanding player so far this season, with ratings of 7.54 the highest in the Premier League, and has created more chances than any other player in the top five European League.

Payet who turns 30 in March has refused to turn up for training with the Hammers as his former club Olympique Marseille is interested in bringing back the midfielder to France.

The midfielder who was sold to West Ham at the beginning of last season, for a fee of £10m, wants the midfielder back. West Ham is refusing to allow their star man leave and has asked him to apologise to the club for his unruly and unacceptable behaviour.

Marseille have had their bid rejected, as West Ham are holding out for a fee of £35m. They are currently battling to avoid the relegation zone after beating Crystal Palace 4-0 last weekend as they went nine points clear of relegation zone, and Payet was dropped for the game.
