CUDA property is shut off by court

Information reaching our correspondent has it that the government agency responsible for the infrastructural development of the state capital, its cleanliness, etc is under lock and key NegroidHaven can report.
According to pictorial evidence Calabar Urban Development Authority (CUDA) has been shut down with all their property and equipment inside.
CUDA’s equipment and machines are all shut
Though NegroidHaven is yet to contact relevant authority for information it is contended by Mr Ifere Paul a leading public policy analyst that the state government has failed, ‘to pay the rent of CUDA. CUDA is one of the most important agency in Cross River State. CUDA is in charge of urban beautification, evacuation of refuse and other waste materials, clearing of grasses, among other responsibilities. But the government has refused to pay the rent of 5 Million Naira Only. Leaving the Landlord no other options but to approach the court to seal off the property.
‘The court gave CUDA an eviction notice and sealed off the property with all their machines and other working tools.’
It seems the gross absence of the Executive Governor of Cross River State away from the state for awhile in search of investors especially where it’s alleged that the Deputy Governor is incapacitated is affecting the day-to-day running of the state is very challenging.
It’s quite nauseating to see how the administration of the state is going down the drain
Hmmmm…
