It was a big day for Nigeria’s fast rising model, Helen Abobi, known in the modelling industry as Helexira when House of Lavender, a modelling and beauty accessory company, of all their several models singled out the model for a facial product photography project.
The model was feared to have resigned from her modelling profession mid last year when she suffered a major restrain from her mother, who is said to be a stern disciplinarian with recourse to nothing. Reasons for Helexira mother’s stand was not made public safe that she was known to have made a momentary conscious bow from the profession.

The photography shoot, which served to welcome Helexira back took place recently at Cross River Studios, Calabar of Nigeria lasting for hours with the super model taking the centre stage of every moment as different turns of makeover and accessories reeling on and off her as the shoot lasted.
The 20 year old model who is currently rounding off her academics in Mass Communication at Cross River University of Technology (CRUTECH), a field that suggests she is heading for a career in broadcasting came into spotlight when she won Miss CRUTECH in 2013 and later came second runner at Project Models Runway Nigeria, a contest that debut her into the fabrics of the House of Lavender family.
Helexira later made top ten at the much coveted Cross River Most Beautiful Girl (CRMBG) pageant.
Despite her being 5’6 feet tall, Helexira remains one of the most comely and sort after models from the South-South region of Nigeria.

If every facts at hand is anything to go by then this photography outing with House of Lavender may be a full come back for the effervescent model, as our correspondent gathered from impeccable family sources that the photographs gleaned from the project had tossed a smile on the model mother’s face, even as she is already said to have vented open admiration for the outcome of the project. But no official statement has been released yet of her formal return.
