The State Governor, His Excellency, Professor Ben Ayade will on Thursday February 23, 2017 swear-in the 25 newly appointed Permanent Secretaries.
Accordingly, all the newly appointed Permanent Secretaries are expected to come with only their spouses to the occasion which will take place at the State Executive Council Chamber by 10.30am.
