I have just learn that the Executive Governor of Cross River State, Mr Ben Ayade, after arriving his office this morning ordered that the gate to Governor's Office be shut at 7:33AM.
Information has it that the Deputy Governor His Excellency Professor Evara Esu was almost shut out.
NegroidHaven cannot tell whether the state CEO shuts gate of Governor's Office against late coming civil servants and political appointees. But, it does appear so.
I thought 8.00AM is the official commencing time for work in public offices. As I write, officers are still stranded outside the gate of Governor's Office, Calabar.
