Officers of the Nigerian Police have recovered the SUV jeep belonging to the Cross River State Commissioner for Water Resources, Mr Gabriel Odu-Oji.
This came as a lady, believed to be the Commissioner's friend, is still been held by the DSS in Calabar.
Odu-Oji was abducted by gunmen on April 8 and has been with his abductors ever since.
There are concerns across the state that the state government is doing next to nothing to ensure his release by these unknown gunmen.
