This publication features a copy of the 13 point agreement between labour and government.
This settles the denial of Cross River State Government that she is not owing salaries.
The question is Why enter agreements to pay salaries if you are actually not owing? Again, why did labour tell the Ag. President on his 1st June visit that Gov Ben Ayade wasn’t owing them? It beats my imagination that there were more pressing issues between government and organised labour but the latter was protesting the Super Highway in favour of state government against the federal government. Or, could it be that labour was actually compromised with N1,000,000!?
