Information reaching NegroidHaven has it that a state high court sitting in Calabar, Wednesday, granted an interim order restraining Hon. Godwin Etim John & Others from parading themselves as State officers of the A Progressives Congress in Cross River State (APC CRS).
The case is adjourned to the 27th June, 2018 for hearing on Notice.
Counsel to the case securing order is Barr Innocent Ovat.
