The Honourable Minister of Niger Delta Affairs, Pst. Usani Uguru Usani, had shed some light adducing three reasons why Vice President Yemi Osinbajo paid a visit today to Cross River NegroidHaven can say.
The Minister said that the Vice President is in the state to have an audience with Christian religious cleric, meet with market women disclosing government programmes especially those aimed at enhancing their respective businesses, and commission the empowerment programme of Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs.
According to Usani, 'We are happy and excited to understand that the Vice President is coming to Cross River tomorrow, he is coming to carry out things that are in tandem with the policy framework of the party and the government.
'One, is to address the Ministers of God, of course you know he is a minister, he's a pastor, and he wants to come and talk to his colleagues in the state, he does it else where,
'Two, is to talk to the market women, and let them know the programmes of government enhancing their business status which had started since is continuous, and so, he has the privilege of himself addressing them directly,
'Three is to be able to commission the empowerment programme of the Ministry of Niger Delta Affairs which is releasing some tricycles machines to beneficiaries.'
