Sir Maurice Effiwatt has been appointed the Director General of the Senator John Owan Enoh Governorship Campaign Organisation NegroidHaven has confirmed. 
The confirmation of his appointment was contained in a Tuesday 18th September letter of congratulation signed by one Michael Ogar Gabriel Jnr, SA Media and Publicity in which it was disclosed that Effiwatt's appointment into the onerous task was a product of thoughtful selection. 


The letter reads in part, 'I would like to extend congratulations to you Sir Maurice Effiwatt on your impressive appointment as Director General of the Senator John Owan Enoh Governorship campaign organization. I am delighted that you were thoughtfully selected for this onerous task especially this time Crossriverians are seeking for Rescue. I sincerely congratulate you and send my best wishes for your every success and wisdom in discharging the important and responsible duties of your new office.

'I am confident that the trust reposed in you by Senator John Owan Enoh will inspire you to bring your vast knowledge in leading the campaign on the path of prosperity.


Effiwatt is of the Southern Senatorial District of Cross River. A graduate of Geography and Regional Planning who was at a time, Permanent Secretary at Governor's Office, Calabar.

With a gubernatorial aspirant from Cross River Central and a campaign DG from the Cross River South, that is, the biggest voting bloc, then his appointment must have been deliberate.
