Maj. Dr. Alobi Nsor who was alleged to have been killed by Boko Haram on the 19th of this month at Metele, Borno state is still alive NEGROIDHAVEN can report.
Nsor is still undergoing treatment being seriously affected by the onslaught of the trigger-happy northeast terrorists.
This information is contained in a disclaimer made by one Mr Missang Oyama who had initially claimed that Nsor was among those 100 of casualties involved in the November attack.
Recall that it was reported in the news that Boko Haram insurgents raided military camp killing over a hundred Nigerian military officers.
Concerning the development, a lecturer in the Department of Mass Communication in the Cross River University of Technology, CRUTECH, and blogger Mr Cornelius Ellah while acknowledging that humans are prone to error said that we should be circumspect when reporting such news.
According to him, ‘Life is precious. Let us learn to be more circumspect, especially while reporting news of calamity.’
