Prof. Offiong Ani Offiong of the Department of Mass Communication, Thursday, emerged the 16th Dean of the Faculty of Arts, University of Calabar NEGROIDHAVEN has garnered.
Offiong who will be replacing the outgoing dean, Prof Godfrey Ozumba of the Department of Philosophy was elected yesterday by majority votes against two other contenders one of whom is Prof. Mrs. Stella Attoe of the Department of History and International Studies.
