The trio of Justices Muhammed Garba, Abdu Aboki and Samuel Oseji have been elevated to the status of Supreme Court justices NEGROIDHAVEN can say.
These trio were part of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal PEPT who delivered judgment on Wednesday 13th September in favour of Buhari against Atiku Abubakar in the suit CA/PEPT/ 002/2019 – ATIKU ABUBAKAR & 1 OR. VS INEC & 2 ORS.
Dr Farooq Kperogi an Associate Professor of Journalism at Kennesaw State University had predicted their elevation. His words on his Twitter account, 'Less than 10 days after my prediction, 3 of the #PEPT justices who delivered a predictably favorable judgment for Buhari– Justices Muhammed Garba, Abdu Aboki and Samuel Oseji–are being rewarded with elevation to the Supreme Court. These guys are so predictable and audacious!'
