His Excellency the state governor, Sir Ben Ayade has approved the appointment of Dr Chris Ekeng Ekpenyong Ekeng Ita, fnim, as the new Head of Service.
Ita, a fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Management, holds a masters in Business Management and a post-graduate degree in Anaethesiology.
He replaces Barr. Ekpenyong Inyang Henshaw who retired from the service of the state today.
Meanwhile, His Excellency has approved the automatic appointment of the out-gone Head of Service, Barr Ekpenyong Inyang Henshaw as the Special Adviser to the Governor on Administration.
The two appointments are with immediate effect.
