A section of the roofing over SPAR Calabar Mall located at Mary Slessor Avenue/Barracks Road by Cultural Centre has been confirmed to have collapsed NEGROIDHAVEN has garnered.
The incident which happened less than an hour ago has condemned parts of vehicles which were seen to be parked at the parking section. No injuries have been identified.
According to photographs obtained by our correspondent, the section of the roofing that collapsed is that which is facing Barracks Road.
A police officer identified as Bassey Ofem was seen to be threatening visitors to at the scene with a rifle.
The reason for the occurrence has not been identified yet.
