The state governor, His Excellency Sir Ben Ayade will today Tuesday, January 7, 2020, swear in Hon George O’ben-Etchi as the state commissioner for Solid Minerals.
The event takes place immediately before the signing of the 2020 appropriation bill into law at the state executive council chamber, Governor’s Office, Calabar.
