A state high court judge in Cross River vhas been warned by the National Judicial Council (NJC) in respect of an order he granted recently NEGROIDHAVEN has garnered.
Justice Elias O. Abua of Cross River State High Court was warned by the National Judicial Council (NJC) to be wary of granting an Order staying the execution of judgement which appeared executory in nature as the one he granted in Suit No. HC/MSC/67/2019.
The National Judicial Council is one of the Federal Executive Bodies created by the 1999 Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
