BREAKING: NYCN provides solution to Organised Labour/Cross River Gov’t imbroglio

The Cross River State Government, CRSG led by Sen. Prof. Ben Ayade has been asked by Nigerian youths to resolve the current imbroglio between Organised Labour in the state and the state government through dialogue NEGROIDHAVEN can report authoritatively.

This resolution was arrived at during the NYCN One-day Stakeholders’ Meeting which was convened by Comr. Dan Obo Junior the state chair of NYCN and well attended by former and current leaders of the NYCN in the state.

During the Stakeholders’ Meeting which held at Youth House, Murtala Mohamed High Way, NYSC it was unanimously agreed that the state government to speedily resolve the ongoing Organised Labour industrial action through conversation.

Dan Obo while making the solemn charge said that the State Government has to sit with the leadership of labour unions and dialogue with them in the interest of the state.

His words, ‘When you shut down civil service without conversation, the end point of it is that you are grounding the system. And so, we also appeal that government have conversation with labour, so that work can continue. It is an appeal, nobody is fighting anybody’.
