Ayade’s aide marks birthday with Nigerian youths, charge youth to be supportive of gov’t programmes

An aide to the governor of Cross River state, Monday, marked his birthday with Nigerian youths NEGROIDHAVEN has garnered.

The Commissioner for Social Housing in the state, Hon George O’Ben-Etchi, celebrated his birthday in Calabar with Cross River youth under the auspices of National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN.

The event which took place at the state secretariat (Youth House) of NYCN in Calabar the state capital witnessed in attendance an array of Cross River youth from different works of life across the eighteen local government areas of the state.While inspecting the youth house, Hon O’Ben-Etchi who doubles as the chair of Commissioners in the state thanked God life and for his life while disclosing that he has had opportunities which propelled him into greatness. He added that ‘his foray from business world into politics in 2006 and the outstanding success story so far recorded is an eloquent testimony of his people-oriented and visionary leadership style.’

He commended the state governor, Prof Ben Ayade, for his industrialisation drive and good governance while encouraging Cross River youth to be supportive of the programmes, policies and projects of Gov Ayade.
