Power supply has been restored to Calabar the Cross River state capital metropolis by Power Holding Electricity Distribution Company, PHEDC.
Arguably, beginning from the 8th of April 2022 until Sunday (others have said it is over 53 days), Calabar had experience blackout in every nook and cranny.
This development of public power outage came about as a result of vandalisation of the facility in Odukpani.
Power has been restored to Ndidem Usang Iso Road (popularly called Marian Road), Mount Zion street, Uwanse street, State House Housing estate at least.
