The duo of Eric Akpo Senior Special Assistant, SSA to Governor Ben Ayade on Technical and Dan Obo the Cross River chair of National Youth Council of Nigeria, NYCN have canvassed for votes for the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC Cross guber candidate, Bassey Edet Otu NEGROIDHAVEN can report authoritatively.

Video footages cited by our correspondent saw Akpo arguing that it was only natural that rotation of political power should start from where it started which is the southern senatorial district. On his own part, Obo observed that if the south does not grab what belongs to her now, when it is the turn of the central senatorial district, whether or not the south has an occupant as governor, they will go for the plum job.

According to Akpo, ‘a cycle that started with governorship in the south, moved to the central and moved to the north, it’s only natural that that cycle has gone 360 degrees, and must come back to where it started’.

In interactive sessions with youths in the Southern Senatorial District, the youth in Biase Local Government Area made an affirmative declaration, to support the APC Gubernatorial Candidate, Prince Bassey Otu, in the forthcoming elections.

‘Let it be known, that after 8 years, we from the central will show up for our turn. If the South likes, they can take their turn, if they like they should be deceived to give it to another district,’ Comrade Dan Obo spitted fire at the youths engagement organised by Arch. Dr Eric Akpo at Calabar Municipality.
