ASUQUO EKPENYONG ATTENDS WORLD BANK/IMF SPRING MEETINGS IN WASHINGTON DC

The World Bank/International Monetary Fund annual spring meetings are currently holding in Washington DC NEGROIDHAVEN can report. 

The series of meetings which began this Monday 10th of April will end on the 16th and brings together policymakers, international organisations, and private sector operators.

This year’s edition will discuss very critical issues facing the global economy including rising inflation, food and energy crisis, war in Ukraine, and the worsening global poverty rate.

The Federal Government delegation to the event is led by the Minister of Finance, Zainab Ahmed and also incorporates members of the economic team of the President-elect led by Mr. Wale Edun.
