State House Of Assembly Members-Elect Pay Courtesy Call on Sen Jarigbe Agom

The Cross River State House of Assembly Members-elect under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Cross River North have paid a courtesy call on the federal lawmaker representing Cross River North Senatorial District, Senator Jarigbe Agom Jarigbe, in his Abuja residence.

The members who include: Hon. Rita Agbo Ayim (Ogoja State Constituency), Dr. Martins Achadu (Yala II State Constituency), and Chief Pius Ashakia (Obanliku State Constituency) were at the Senator’s residence to thank him for his sterling roles and support which culminated in victories in Ogoja, Bekwarra, Obanliku and Yala II State Constituencies at the March 18th State Houses of Assembly elections in the Senatorial District.

Senator Jarigbe admonished the prospective lawmakers to understand their place as members of the minority which is a call for dedication, commitment and hard work. He promised to continue his guidance, leadership disposition and support in ensuring that they lived up to the collective expectations to their prospective constituents.

With the Senator to receive the guests was his dear wife, Mrs Offiong Jarigbe Agom.

Recall that INEC had presented a Certificate of Return to all the members-elect on Friday 31st of March, 2023; also recall that, Jarigbe emerged the senator-elect for the senatorial district flooring incumbent governor of the state, Prof. Ben Ayade.
