The event gathered various security agencies, village leaders, and stakeholders in Calabar Municipality, with the primary goal of fostering a safe and peaceful community in the southern senatorial district and across the entire state.

Addressing the attendees, the Cross River State Commissioner of Police, represented by Lieutenant I.E Ayabotu, expressed concerns about the current security situation while offering suggestions to address these challenges. He emphasized the importance of collaboration between the police and Cross Riverians, urging citizens to provide essential information whenever they encounter suspicious activities in their surroundings.

These collective efforts aim to enhance security and safety across Cross River State.
