Akpabuyo –The Executive Chairman of Akpabuyo Local Government Area, Hon. Effiom Bassey Effiong, on Tuesday announced a series of appointments to bolster the council’s administration and enhance service delivery across the local government. In an official press release, Elder Paul E. Etim, Head of Local Government Administration (HOLGA), conveyed the council’s confidence in the appointees’ capabilities, expressing optimism that their expertise will contribute significantly to the ongoing development efforts in Akpabuyo LGA.

The newly appointed officers are as follows:

1. Ms. Bassey Juliet Nne-Odo – Secretary of Council

2. Ekpo Effiom Effiong – Chief Press Secretary

3. Felix Umo Nakanda – Chief Protocol Officer to the Chairman

4. Ene Paul Bassey – Protocol Officer to the Vice Chairman

5. David Asuquo Absolom – Protocol Officer to the Leader

6. Elizabeth Edem Ita – Personal Assistant to the Chairman (Domestic)

7. Ms. Edem Miracle Effiom – Personal Assistant to the Deputy Leader

The appointments are designed to enhance various aspects of council operations, from public communications and protocol management to administrative support, underscoring the council’s commitment to governance.
