The Deputy Leader of the Cross River State House of Assembly and lawmaker representing Abi State Constituency, Davies Etta, has congratulated the First Lady of Cross River state, Eyoanwan Bassey Otu, on her birthday, praising her humanitarian initiatives which he said have positively impacted women, children and other vulnerable groups across the state.
