"You [expletive] referees are weak… Wenger is right about you." yelling and shouting by Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho in a barbaric way. This was due to the loss he suffered at the hands of the hammers West Ham United.

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho whose team is currently 15 position after 11 games, which could be described as "Spectacularly Shocking" to a title defence is at center of a controversy again, as his ego, self esteem and personality is dwindling to the drain.

Jose Mourinho has previously been fined(£50,000) by FA by saying referees are "weak and naive", and were afraid to award his side a penalties following his side loss against Southampton. Replicating the words of Arsene Wenger, when his side Arsenal lost against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge September, calling referee Mike Dean "weak and naive". Arsene Wenger walked away, without been fined or given a Stadium ban or touchline ban by FA. But in the case of Jose Mourinho he was fined and given a one match touchline ban, evidence he has been asterisk for his unruly comments and statements concerning FA, coaches and match officials. Obviously missing in action for the trip away to Stoke City.

Jose Mourinho is set to face another ban, the decision been made on November 2. This time a Stadium ban after confronting referee Jonathan Moss in his dressing room. The incident was initiated when referee Jonathan Moss invited Jose Mourinho escorted by West Ham security manager Simon Sutton to his dressing room rather than speaking to him publicly. Then Jose Mourinho asked him of a tackle, an offside and a goal clearance. I gave him a brief answer and asked him to leave, but he refused said Moss. He then asked Simon Sutton to escort him from the room. That was when Jose Mourinho became aggressive and animated, saying you referees are expletive and naive, Wenger is right about you.

Jose Mourinho was still appealing against the Southampton charge, then the emergence of this new Stadium ban.

The FA concluded saying; "We did not consider that matter as part of our deliberations as to the appropriate sanction," said the FA, which turned down the Southampton appeal on 5 November.

However, the FA said it took into account "his disappointing record of misconduct to date" but took kindly to Mourinho's decision to turn down a personal hearing.

Since October 2013, Jose Mourinho has received fines of £8,000, £8,000, £10,000, £25,000, £50,000 and £40,000.
