The local Government workers of Edo state are Angry. They seems to have exhausted their patience with her government as they have unanimously taken to the streets, staging a protest over their unpaid salary arrears amounting to over 8 months as some of the workers alleged in the placards.
The angry workers say the local government authorities have not paid their salaries ranging from two to eighteen months. And they seems unperturbed about their plight.
Such ill- attitude of abandonment is what has led them to stage the peaceful protest so as to get a listening ear.
