The Executive Governor of Cross River State, HE Sen. Prof. Ben Ayade, has arrived the scene of this year’s Carnival Calabar popularly referred to as Africa’s biggest street party NegroidHaven can state authoritatively.

The Governor made his way to the point of flagging off the event with his wife, Dr Linda Ayade, Nollywood bigwigs, topnotch politicians and aides as well.
