The primary objective of the BANJUARE BOKI FESTIVAL is to provide Boki culture awareness through social, and educational programming. The organization determination is to provide strong leadership, accountability, collaboration, diversity, quality and integrity in achieving it's goals. Throughout it's beginnings we were founded for the sole purpose of organizing annual Boki Cultural Festival/Carnival and showcasing of Boki ecotourism each year.
This group will continue to expand its roles to include culture, social and educational issues; it has become even more important to demonstrate the organization's strength by supporting the successful integration of Boki Cameroonians into economic and professional sectors of the communities which will ensure financial prosperity for future generations.
VISION
The ultimate VISION for Banjuare Boki Festival is to see Boki community to be accepted as an integral part of Cross River State, Nigeria and international melting pot socially, culturally and educationally. Hundreds of Boki families and individuals have called such old six clans as Boje, Abo, Eastern Boki, Irruan and Osokom 1&2. Theses people have contributed immensely to the fabric of Boki society for many years. Our projection is to see Boki become a destination of first choice in 5 years from now.
The Star prices for Kesad Ne Buseh Boki Pageant are Hyundai accent saloon cars for the male and the female. The best harvester goes home with a pick up van. And other prices attached to the marathon race, football, local games, wrestling etc.
Audition starts on 20th July 2019 at Axari Hotel, Calabar.
